Global Health and Leadership Conference
Our conference relies on the generosity of our community to put together this event each year. Harvard students, faculty, staff, and alumni volunteer to organize the event and mentor students. Sponsorship goes directly to improving programming. Donors can choose to sponsor our event, a child, or a cataract surgery.
- Sponsoring the event helps us pay for A/V costs, custodial fees, space, food, books, materials, and giveaways.
- Sponsoring a child helps low-income students be able to attend by waiving the conference fee ($50).
- Sponsoring a cataract surgery ($50) covers the cost for a low-income patient at our partner clinics in Ghana (Crystal Eye Clinic) and India (Kalinga Eye Hospital).
All donors will be listed in our conference book. We also accept in-kind donations. GHLC 2019 offers a great opportunity to build relationships with individuals interested in global health. We greatly appreciate your contribution to our mission.

“I began to really see the impact of mental health. This conference did a wonderful job of talking about less talked about aspects of global health. We can talk about AIDs and Malaria all day, because they are serious issues, but this year disabilities, and war, and mental health were discussed which was really important.”
Ashani Kurukulasuriya

“I sincerely appreciate the effort this program puts towards helping students who are passionate about global health. The conference opened many doors for individuals all around the world. They have truly been exceptional in responding to all of my questions and have been there to guide me whenever it was needed. They have made it very clear to all of us 'global health people' that they care deeply about the sustainability and success of this program.”
